You may request a return for unused products in original sealed packaging where hygiene and safety allow, within fourteen days of delivery unless a longer period is required by law. Opened food supplements may not be returnable except where the product is faulty or not as described.

  3. Pack items securely and use tracked shipping when we ask you to return goods.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing may take several business days after we receive and inspect returned items.

If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us promptly with a description and images if helpful. Remedies may include replacement, repair, or refund according to applicable law.
